Users may post surplus food service products for sale. You agree that:

Fees

Currently, listings are free during our launch period. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future, with prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

We are not a broker, reseller, or guarantor. We simply provide the platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for any transactions or disputes between users.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Post illegal, counterfeit, or expired products.
• Spam or scam other users.
• Use bots or scrape the platform.
• Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
